Payment: Payment for services rendered is usually requested in the form of cash. Exceptions to this rule include quoted jobs being billed to government departments or contracted / ongoing services provided to corporate clients.
Cancellation Policy: Cancelling more than 20 days of booking will result in a charge of half of the required security deposit. Cancelling within 20 days of booking will result in a charge of the full amount of the required security deposit.
Overnight truck storage: If you need to be out of your place today, but can't get into your new home until tomorrow, this may be the OPTION for you. Pioneer Moving and Storage can pick up your items and keep them on the truck over night, and then deliver them the next morning to your new home. A charge of $150.00 will apply.
Surcharges: Surcharges may apply in situations involving hoisting furniture over balconies, long carries, walk ups, accommodations for out of town moves or specialty items such as pianos, big screen tvs or antiques.
Quotes: Quotes can be provided by an in home visit. A charge of $30.00 will apply.
