Special Days:
Holidays - We are opened on holidays but need to pay our employees more so we ask for a little higher than regular rates to compensate.
Discount days - From the 5th to the 12th and from the 18th to the 25th of every month are low traffic days and we offer a 10% discount to help fill those days(not in combination with any other discount).
High traffic days - From the 26th to the 4th and from the 13th to the 17th of every month are high traffic days and are usually booked a month or two in advance. Sorry, no discounts available on these days.
Weekends - Our crews work through the weekend but our office is closed early. Not to worry, there will always be a supervisor on-site to handle important matters.
Insurance:
Regular insurance is included in the hourly rate. We have a standard moving company insurance policy which covers 60 cents per pound. Additional insurance is available on special items but we also have an in house policy which states "if we break it we buy it".

Tips:
Try to book your move in off-peak periods to reduce cost and insure availability. Use proper moving boxes to avoid damages, also time and space wasted stacking boxes on the truck. Make sure hallways, doorways, and pathways are free from obstructions to avoid injury, damages or wasted time. Refreshments keep the crew energized and alert which ultimately helps you in return. Arrange parking for your moving truck ahead of time to avoid time wasted trying to find a parking space or the crew having to walk extra distances.
